By installing, accessing, or using any application ("App") developed and published by Bytera ("we", "us", "our") on the Atlassian Marketplace, you ("you", "your", "End User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use our Apps.
These Terms constitute a separate agreement between you and Bytera. Bytera is the licensor of our Apps — not Atlassian. Atlassian is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for our Apps or their content.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your internal business purposes.

XPress is a Confluence app that allows users to export Confluence pages and blog posts to professionally formatted PDF documents. The app reads your Confluence content through Atlassian APIs, formats it, and generates PDFs using an external rendering service. All content reading and PDF storage operations remain entirely within the Atlassian Forge environment. The external rendering service acts solely as a conversion engine and does not read, store, or log any content.
We strive to maintain the availability and accuracy of our Apps, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

XPress processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using XPress, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from your end users for the processing of their data through XPress.
All intellectual property rights in our Apps, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Bytera. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Our Apps may be offered as free or paid products. Pricing and payment terms are managed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Any fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in the Atlassian Marketplace terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bytera from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our Apps ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability and Indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
